Comprehensive Vessel Traffic, Port Operations & Maritime Compliance Platform
MPAIS is a production-style maritime port authority information system for managing vessel traffic, port officer workflows, shipping agent operations, VTS logs, pratique clearances, arrival notifications, vessel movements, violations, detentions, accounting records, reports, and audit trails. The system is built as a full-stack TypeScript monorepo with a secure Express API, Prisma/PostgreSQL data model, shared Zod validation, and a multilingual Next.js dashboard for agents, officers, and VTS operators.

Full-Stack Developer responsible for the monorepo architecture, secure backend APIs, role-based dashboards, vessel workflows, reporting, audit logs, and multilingual frontend.
